  • Yes! Laundry is sorted by colors, fabrics, and care needs to ensure your items are cleaned properly and safely.

  • Yes! There are several laundry detergent options available. We have fragrance and dye free options available for those with sensitive skin needs.

  • Please ensure that all personal items are removed from pockets, etc. Put all laundry into standard sized (13-gallon) trash-bags. Then just leave them on your porch.

    We will reach out via text when your laundry has been picked up, as well as when it is out for delivery.

  • No! Many customers prefer our service because of the ease of service: just leave it and forget it!

    However, if you would like to be home and say hello for either, we would love to see you!

  • At this time we do not accept bulky items (winter coats, heavy bedding, dog beds etc.), heavily-soiled items, bio-hazard material, or items that require dry-cleaning.
